Lightning Protection UL master label system design and installation, ground rod and conductor installation, attachment hardware through roof membrane. LPI certification preferred, UL listed materials, coordination with roofing scope required
Abatement ACM survey coordination, Class I and II asbestos abatement, lead paint remediation, hazardous material containment on occupied facilities. State licensed, AHERA certification, background screening capable for federal facilities
Equipment & Rigging Crane and lift operation for rooftop equipment, protection board management, rigging for heavy material delivery. NCCCO certification preferred, OSHA 30, liability insurance meeting AOD minimums
Plumbing Roof drain maintenance and replacement, condensate line routing, overflow drain installation. Licensed plumber, OSHA 30, background screening capable for federal facilities
